The other day in New York city Rihanna dropped into her favorite tattoo parlor just to kick it, but ended up tattooing little umbrellas on several of the parlor's tattoo artists. After pictures of Rihanna tattooing her pals hit the 'Net NY police released a statement that they are looking to charge RiRi with a misdemeanor for tattooing without a license.
