Too Little Too Late
Martin Bashir, the guy whose damning 2003 documentary of Michael Jackson is blamed for pushing Mike into a downward spiral of drug abuse, now says he never believed Michael did anything criminal with any children.

His inuendo sparked thoughts that Micheal was a pedophile, He never offered an apology and Micheal suffrered emotionally and financially because of Bashirs' hateful comments
I thought he had cancer and dieing
hope the Michael's fans lay hands on his ass and rip him limb by limb.you fucking dog. you helped him lose faith in people.you need to be courtmartialed
now he comes out with this statement? why couldn't he say that at the end of the interview seven years ago like 'yeah, mike is weird ya'll but he ain't a pedophile' something to that effect would have helped restored some confidence in michael's personal life besides i think he's full of crap, i think he feels guilty because he knows that last interview was the nail in the coffin in the court of public opinion for MJ, so he wants to be nice to his legacy.
Now he wants to say something?! This shit is really pissing me off.
FU!!!!! Martin Bashir!!!! You and Gloria Allred had a bloody hand in MJ's public torment!!! You could have set the record straight SEVEN years ago!!!! But you was busy trying to build a career at Michael's expense. I'm pissed at this punk move. Disgusting!!!!!!!
You dirty dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
muthafuckin' rascist.............thats what you is.
I blame Michael...he sold himself short..He won't be the first and definitely not the last. There are a lot of uncle Toms out there who do not realize that being black, white, yellow or red is cool.
Ain't that a bitch
I AM MICHAEL'S #1 FAN!

I think that Bashir's apology is a little toooo late! He is looking for forgiveness by GOD for ALL of his lies and well...it's NOT going to happen. Remember, 'God does not like UGLY.' I didn't believe his report anyway. A true MJ fan would not believe it.
Michael was a kid at heart and I believe that he would not hurt anyone. He wanted everyone to be happy and he wanted the world to be a better place, especially, for the children.
MJ started out as a little boy in this business and if you listen to some of the old songs, this kid was born to sing. At 10, 11 and 12 years old, Mike performed like an adult. When he took the stage, this kid never looked scared or nervous. Singing/performing was instilled in him like no other.
MJ IS THE BEST AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST!!!
THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER ENTERTAINER THAT WILL TAKE HIS PLACE. BELIEVE THAT!!!
REST IN PEACE MIKE. YOU ARE IN A BETTER PLACE.
I totally agree!!!
RIP Mike.
Man f*ck this, guy. Nobody heard of this a$s hole until he threw MJ under the bus to get his cushy Night Line job. He's gonna live with this for the rest of his life...
this is merely martin bashir's opinion an "afterthought." it doesn't offer any new information or proof and really doesn't matter to me...just more lip flapping...
When I first saw that interview between Michael Jackson and Martin Bashir years ago and the way it was edited and then presented on TV, I knew he (Bashir) was an a*ss. Martin built his career on that slanted interview.
I have never trusted him as a honest journalist. After the interview aired it was said that Michael was very angry about the way he was portrayed and became even more withdrawn.
Bashir did not single handedly ruin MJ's rep but interview certainly did not help.
I heard Michael was upset with Martin after seeing how he was actually portrayed in the interview. Mike trusted him and allowed him to see how he lives and yet again Mike gets stabbed in the back. So your apology is unneccessary now. Too late. The first accuser has stated nothing happened between he and Mike years ago but you barely get a blip of that statement on the news.
Rest Michael and thank you so much for all you have done not only in music, but in helping your fellow man. (I hate the fact that you are no longer here. I really do).
