In Liza's defense, as we have seen by the likes of Toni Braxton, TLC and other's that we may not know about, recording artists don't make the money like we THINK they do; they make money like the average joe: 'ON PAPER'!! ERRYBODY make MAD BANK ON PAPER; we don't know the taxes she may have had to pay on that house; from the video that was posted of her being pistol whipped, its highly unlikely that she was even allowed out of the house to do much else. Sure, she should have had life insurance, but when you trying to keep from getting that a@@ knocked and keep it straight for your children, that be the furtherest from your mind. She was a battered housewife. Not allowed to work or go to school. Unless you've been in her shoes, none of you could know what its like. To build something from nothing, especially when the friend of your dead husband is taking from your family and giving credence to your husband knocking you around.
HOWEVER, its been 10 years. Unless she was dragging Fat Hoe around in court for the money that I doubt is there, she has no viable excuse to not have found or developed the means to support her kids.
Their Dad was obviously a bad role model, she owed it to them to show how you can pick yourself up after getting knocked and beaten down so many times.
It may have been her husband that brought her down. But its HER fault, that she's still there.
I hope she gets it together for she and the childrens' sake, and not put too much into what royalties she might be able to get her hands on from the ruthless music industry. If he took care of business like he should have they'd have something coming in (by now). I'm glad she's not crying and moping about her situation. If she did all people would talk about is how she's crying and moping about her situation.
She basically just put her situation out there for all to see and hear from her perspective. Pun and his legacy be damned. After the way he treated her and the children he deserves to be where he is. Life is temporary and who needs an abuser in their life?
I feel Joe but I also heard joe is into jerking ppl. Plus, If that was someone I was really close too, I would at least made sure they were straight, as far as shelter for the rest of their lives, especially if I have the money. If she lived in an expenses mansion, she would have to sell it, then I would put her in something smaller that I can afford to pay off. That way the only thing that needs to be taking care of is food. If she cant even provide food for her kids, then I cant provide more help. But I would of definitely made sure she had a place to shelter her kids. You cant do the kids like that
