Actress MACKENZIE PHILLIPS ' sick sexual relationship with her rocker father JOHN PHILLIPS ended when she fell pregnant with what may have been his child and the harsh reality of the strange incestuous romance hit her.
In a candid interview on talk show Oprah , which aired in America on Wednesday (23Sep09), Phillips revealed she had a consensual sexual relationship with her father for a decade, which began when she was a teenager.
And, as if that wasn't shocking enough, the actress opened up about an unwanted pregnancy that brought the relationship between her and the Mamas & the Papas star screeching to a halt.
She told Oprah Winfrey , "I became pregnant and I was in a relationship with my son's father as well; he knew nothing... and I did not know who the father was. The implications, the reality of that... I had an abortion and I never let him touch me again."
Phillips reveals her father paid for the abortion, adding, "He knew it might be his child."
John Phillips died of heart failure in 2001, aged 65.

I am just disgusted by this whole sordid tale. I wish she would just go to AA and get therapy instead of ruining my breakfast by hitting all the talk shows. I really don't want to hear about this.
