Odom has lawyered up and so has Khloe. The problem is ... they have to get married on Sunday and there isn't enough time to hash out the details of a prenuptial agreement.
Why, you ask, isn't there enough time? We've learned they must get married on Sunday because one of the Kardashian reality shows is footing the $1 million bill for the wedding, but the deal is that the wedding must be shot this Sunday.
So we're told Lamar wants a postnup -- meaning the agreement will be hashed out and hopefully signed after Sunday's event.
Now here's the intrigue. There's talk that Sunday's wedding might not be the real deal -- it could be a non-binding ceremony. It's common with a postnup that bride and groom would not officially tie the knot until after they sign the document. What they typically do sign before the ceremony is an acknowledgment that it's not really an official wedding, to prevent misunderstandings down the road.
And speaking of problems .... we're told lawyers for Odom and Kardashian are already arguing and hitting road blocks.

in 3 weeks you dont know anything about a person. he could be a wife beater or a crazy nutt. we see he a cheater and somebody who will do anything for money and attention. and we see any man can run up into her and she likes money and attention too. there can never be to media whore, just one and this is where the fight begins.
I don't get it, Lamar. Why not marry (or fake a marriage) with the mother of your children instead of some random Karcrashing chick?

They are married now....hahahaha! The wedding wasn't even real, they had a fake wedding like eddie murphy & tracey edmonds. It won't be official until after the pre-nup is worked out, both of em can simply walk away and say they made a mistake. This is just pathetic what happened to true love? Khloe just wants a reality show out of this atrocity.
the prenup should clearly state that what they come with is what they leave with since they're both paid.
i'm pretty sure she's the one holding out on this. if you can't iron out the deals of a prenup, that in itself says that these fools aren't ready to get married.
if it wasn't about bread, both parties should be willing to say that they'll leave with what they came with.
there is no pre-nup because they never filed for a marriage license. so therefore they are not legally married. just a ceremony.. so it looks like they will get a pre-nup before they file for the license.. get it??? cremonies do not hold up in a court of law. mick jaggar and jeri hall are not legally married either. she found that out when she filed for divorce. they had a ceremony in some foreign land.
