Bernie Madoff 's Nose Broken in Prison Fight!

Somehow Bernie ended up on the wrong of a debt to an incarcerated drug dealer...and well...you know how that goes!

Someone incarcerated with Palm Beach’s favorite financial adviser, Bernie Madoff, did what hundreds of investors wish they could do.

Madoff, who’s serving 150 years in a federal prison for running a $20 billion-Ponzi scheme, is believed to have received a good whuppin’ at the hands of a beefy fellow inmate.

The assailant was serving time for a drug conviction, today’s Wall Street Journal reports.
Madoff suffered a broken nose, fractured ribs and a cut to his face in the incident, a week before Christmas. He was briefly moved to a nearby medical center on the Butner Federal Correctional Complex in North Carolina.

Why the rough treatment for the former toast of the Palm Beach Country Club? Believe it or not, the WSJ’s sources claim Madoff, owed the big man some cash!
Another interesting Madoff tidbit: Current and former inmates claim the financial sins of the 71-year-old Madoff are considered to be serious street creds, and inmates usually show him respect.

Officials at the North Carolina prison deny that Madoff was assaulted, but admit he was treated at the medical center — for high blood pressure.

My dad was a Correctional Officer. White collar crime holds no street cred anywhere. The only thing that might help him is family members putting money on his books. He might be "prison rich" but he has no street cred.

What I want to know is where this drug dealer was that he would even allow a scam artist like Madoff to incur a debt with him? This man bilked people out of a LOT of money and this dealer expected to get PAID? LOL It shouldn't have went that far. Not that it would have been right, but I could have seen if it was the family of someone that he stole money from that whipped his butt; THAT would have made more sense.

Somebody from the outside is calling shots. I'm sure they set bid dude up to beat the crap out of Madoff. Oh well that's the way the ball bounces. This won't be the last beating he'll get, I'm sure they'll be more.
