Mariah is not just thick, she has that alcoholic bloat going on. You could tell on many women when they have a issue with alcohol they begin to get a real bloated look and that looks like what Mariah is sporting now. It could definately explain the "talking while buzzed" behavior she has been exhibiting lately!!!!
