Octomom Nadya Suleman and her 14 kids may become homeless ... because she's fallen behind on mortgage payments to the tune of more than $450,000 ... this according to the person who holds the note on the property.
Octomom bought the La Habra, CA house in March, 2009. The seller, Amer Haddadin, transferred title to Octo's dad. In return, Octo and her dad were required to make monthly payments of $4,139 for one year. On March 10, 2010, a balloon payment of $450,000 was due.
A rep for Amer tells TMZ Octo hasn't paid the $450,000. And, he says, she didn't make the last $4,139 payment. He also says, she's been late on three other recent monthly payments. Amer says he "tried to handle this in a gentlemanly way" but unfortunately it's come to this.Jacked from TMZ
Amer's rep says he intends to initiate foreclosure proceedings against Octomom.

i hate this whore. she went and bought a million dollar TINY home in the suburbs when this bitch could have spent 300,000k in the country and got a big ass house with enough room for all the kids and a big ass backyard they could play in.SHE IS SELFISH BITCH and now that they dont have a home to live in i pray cps takes those kids. she is an incompetent mother & i pray cps takes the kids and put them in loving homes
Poor kids, their mother is a complete fuck up! I agree with the above statement, she could have purchased a bigger and better home somewhere for half the cost....Her children have to suffer due to her stupidity. She should be required by law to have to tie, burn, and cut her damn tubes because no child should be born to such a selfish asshole.
She's straight up crazy and got serious mental issues. After all the evidence she ain't dealing with a full deck, her children should've been taken away a long time ago and to top it all off she wants more babies. Dumbed down america made her famous, with sick fascination. You can thank reality tv for that twisted mentality. If society had more morals she would've stayed in her cave, but she's entertainment.
I agree she could have gotten a bigger house out in the country where her litter (sorry, had to go there - not the kids fault) could have a lot of room to run and play.
She is one of the most selfish females I've seen. She could have spent that money overhauling her body instead to paying her damned mortgage to make sure the kids have a home.
And I agree, CPS should take the children and place them with parents who are mentally sound and who will have their best interest at heart.
And I agree, double knot, burn, whatever those tubes so she can never have another child. Sound barbaric? What she's doing to those kids is barbaric as well. They will have effed up lives being raised by her.
Who are any of you to tell this mother how to live! She did what anyone of you would have done thinking she could give her children a normal healthy average life despite their circumstances! Why should CPS take her children- she is not abusive or has placed those kids in any harm! Shame on you for being judgmental, self righteous! If that is the case millions of americans should have their children placed with CPS because financially speaking, the majority of this country is in poverty! What have you done to help her or make her situation better! I commend her for all the crap she has taken from thoughtless, ridiculing people! Comments like yours is why America is falling! This is why society is failing, because we have gotten in a place where it is all about self & a bigger dollar! You can't place a dollar sign on a mothers love, nor can you tell that woman what is best for her & her children- why should she hide herself & family away in the country so you won't be offended because she decided to keep her children! The bible says "Children are a gift from the Lord" if God didn't think she could handle it- they would not be here. He is the only One who can give life! & This earth does not belong to man anyway! "The earth is the Lords and the fullness therein and all those who dwell in" Get it straight people! Where is your compassion- stop saying your tax dollars pay for her, because you better believe somewhere down the line, somebody has Paid a Price For YOu! I.E. JESUS CHRIST!

Ok, who are you, and where did you come from CHE? This chick already had six children living off of school loans, then she selfishly has eight more children knowing her financial situation. Jesus loves everyone; however, Jesus is no fool, and he knows that what she did was extremely selfish! I believe that it's something wrong with her, so please, it's complete blasphemy that you would even throw the bible into this mess; it's Octo-mom!! Please go somewhere and pray......next!
