I am hearing that very quietly, Beyonce has or is in the process of leaving her father's management and that Kevin Liles is stepping in at Jay-Z's request. Any insiders heard anything along these lines? I have more but I want to feel this info out first.

If this is true, Bey is an idiot. Bad husband does not equal bad father and it definetly does not equate to bad manager. She doesn't have to be all cuddly with him, but let him do his job. When a man cheats on his wife he not only cheats on his wife but the whole family. Beyonce obviously loves her mother. Why wouldn't she be hurt by this news?? Matty probably said "Its not true, I don't even know WHO this woman is" Well the DNA confirms it.

I believe that Beyonce would keep her dad as her manager. He has done a great job helping her daughter with her career and if it's not broke why fix it. Whatever has happen between her parents it's nobody business. She should be able to maintain the relationship she has with her dad.
Has anyone ever thought that maybe Bey was as hurt as her mother/family about her dad's ignorant actions. I would more than likely do the same thing. People; trust had been obliterated. How the hell do you expect her to look him in the eyes any more, then do business? For those of you who have a heart of stone, let it happen to your mom and try to maintain a monetary relationship with the cheater. As far asI'm concerned. I agree with Jay-Z, her management should be changed for someone she can TRUST. Her dad has overexposed her to the point of my family saying; "WE LOVE YOU BEYONCE and think that you are a very TALENTED woman, but your wardrobe and personal imagery is far too sexual and pornograhic for my children. So, is Beyonce's dad responsible for her turn from respected to porn? He needs his walking papers. Some one needs to glam her UP not down. Represent us Beyonce around the world but with more clothing.

And since I am posting anonoymously.... I know Bey was beside herself when she realized the magnitude of her dad's disrespect because my Dad did the same thing to my mom. I have an outside sister ancmy parents have 7 kids together. I was beyond hurt and disillusioned but today, my dad and I Arecibo owners of a business, I see him everyday, and the way he treats me remains the same as the day I was born. He loves me ANDhas established himself quite well in his field. Now because of him, ihave a business to leave MY kids.
Kids regardless of age just just not get involved in their parents relationships unless they are abusive. Is that not what we have been asking of our parents since we started tone interested in dating?
Jay is on a slippery slope getting involved in this because one Bey forgives he dad,she's notgonna forget how Jay "helped" her get over the pain.....to his own advantage. We've alll seen it. Girl gets hurt by guy...girls girlfriends help her bash the guy cause it makes her feel better right now...now all the girls hate the guy....guy rebounds and now girl#1 is over it but girl friends are over him....girl #1 has forgiven the guy and wants errbody else to forgive as well but now there is tension because the guy knows the girlfriends have been pulling his card. Boyfriend is hitting that, pillow talk and all, and eventually girl#1 thinks her girls are just haters and relationships start to crumble. Every female over the age of 21 has seen this before.

Matthew was dumb and stupid for not stapping it up while cheating on wife/family. Second Jay is Beyonce husband so of course he has her best interest at heart. Matthew yes in the past did his job in promoting/managing his daugther, but she do need someones who she can trust and matthew broke that trust when he got caught up in cheating and producing a child from that situation. Right now Beyonce is hurt and she will probably distance herself from her father right now. Matthew has to work hard to mend back together what was his family. So Beyonce letting her father go as her manager would be a good choice for her. Matthew made his bed let him work it out and not on Beyonce working hard to pay for his mistakes.
