Company Stops Payment on Corey Haim Funeral Check

No rest for Corey Haim. Not even in death.

The company that said it would pay for actor Corey Haim's funeral reportedly has put a stop-payment on the check, TMZ.com said Monday.
Startifacts, a Minneapolis-based celebrity memorabilia company, donated $20,000 from the sale of Haim memorabilia to the late actor's family to cover the costs of his funeral.
But owner Michael Kronick obtained the stop-payment order after he found out the money was being spent on cancer treatments for Haim's mother, the Web site said.
A rep for Judy Haim, who is battling breast cancer, denied that and said her medical bills are fully covered. She said the money was put toward Haim's March 16 funeral in Toronto.
Haim died on March 10 at the age of 38 of an apparent drug overdose while staying at his mother's home in Los Angeles.
A call to Kronick was not immediately returned Monday.

What does it matter if they're being used for her cancer treatments? They act like she used the money to get new boobs.
