Charlie Sheen is heading even further down the rabbit hole: Reports surfaced Thursday that he's in the midst of a drug — and hooker — relapse.
Sources told Radar Online and InTouch magazine that late last week, Sheen, disguised with a fake mustache and hat, visited the apartment of an alleged escort named Angelina Tracy.

Now sources are coming forward to say she isn't the only lady Sheen has been seeing, despite the fact that he's still married to Brooke Mueller.
"Not only was Sheen spending time with Tracy, but he has also been with a close friend of hers, who is also a paid escort," reports Radar. "And Sheen had a sexual relationship with the other woman as well."
Charlie just can't seem to stay away from drugs, either, even though he's currently in rehab. According to the report, he was "doing cocaine" with the women, too.
We have a feeling that's not the last we'll hear of the actor's downward spiral. In a Britney Spears-inspired move, the "Two and a Half Men" star — who's rumored to be leaving the hit show — shaved his head early Thursday morning.
A friend of the 44-year-old is defending Sheen's behavior, saying the haircut is a way for him to make a statement about his career, not his mental health. What's more, the pal denies speculation that Sheen got the buzz cut as a way to avoid a drug test on his hair.
"For 7½ years, he couldn't cut it because of the TV show," Sheen's buddy said Thursday. "Everybody is saying, 'You're coming back for another season.' And Charlie thought, 'If I cut my hair, it will be a sign.' He's done the show for seven years; now it's time for something different. He has no obligations — he can cut his hair."
What does Charlie's pal have to say about the other, more disturbing antics?
The loyal friend is siding with Stan Rosenfield, Sheen's rep, who claims the actor met with Tracy to "counsel" her as part of his rehab program.
"The woman in question is the sister of one of Sheen's campmates, and Sheen was only responding to a 12th-step call," Rosenfield said.
Chimes in the pal: "He knew he was being followed, so he [wore the disguise] as a joke. It's part of the AA program. She's a friend, not an escort."
