The Russian signed an agreement preventing her from getting any of Mel Gibson's money.
Mel Gibson's ex- girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva put her signature to a cohabitation agreement - a legal contract for couples who are not married but are living together - when she was pregnant with the 'Lethal Weapon' star's baby last year, according to RadarOnline.com.
However, the Russian singer has also signed a contract which means Mel is financially responsible for the welfare of their eight-month-old daughter Lucia, although the millionaire actor is yet to cough up for his daughter.
Oksana said: "He is not paying me a penny. I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money... It is not a good situation."
The couple - who met while Mel was still married to his wife of 28-years Robyn - split in April, and, since the separation, extracts from tapes have been revealed apparently revealing Mel being violent towards Oksana.
A tape recording from January allegedly reveals Oksana asking the 54-year-old actor what he is doing hitting her while she is carrying Lucia, who was born in October 2009.
The 40-year-old singer can apparently be heard on the tape saying: "What kind of man is that who would hit a woman while she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face? What kind of man is that?"
To which the 'Braveheart' star answers: "You know what - you f***ing deserved it."
Mel has also been accused of breaking his former partner's teeth during another violent row.
Oksana is also said to be worried about how much time Mel gets to spend with his daughter - and is concerned about her safety while she is in his care.
Mel is now being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department over the domestic violence claims.

Now I see why she went to all that trouble with those tapes. She has to get her money some kind of way. She would have left him after the first fight if she hadn't have signed away that cash.
^^^Amen, she must feel like a fool in one way cause she broke up his marriage of twenty-eight years only to get her ass kicked. And I mean, an ass kicking for real as she held her daughter. I would be so embarassed and humilated, OMG!!!
Some women are not build for this type of white trash foolish. I hope the judge just gives her what is fair and she moves on cause he could hurt her for real.

She don't feel like a fool this is her game but Mel said and did everything to make her looks and feel like and fool and a whore. She is like I am your woman and look how your treat me but he was already married with kids. I do hope that he take care of that baby but I don't see them having a good relationship. I think that she thought that she could control him but she is finding that it's not easy task.
I just wonder what stories his ex-wife could tell about him - or did the temper tantrums only start after he left her?

I think Mel's ex-wife is sitting back laughing her ass off. This Russian chick did her a favor. I can only imagine what Mel's ex-wife went through for 30 years. Stories of Mel being crazy aren't new. Mel's dad was off his rocker and was also racist I remember hearing stories of him acting like his dad years ago.
So she is waiting on the child support so she can live good. Did the ugly russian chick ever think about having a job or a career? dont women know that a man with money can drop your ass at anytime,he thinks you should be licking and kissing his booty hole for being with you. he is actually doing you the favor. Have something to fall back on ladies, stop depending on these men for your survival,especially when u are an ugly russian woman.
