Lady Ga Ga Covers Vanity Fair

The rumors are true. Ga Ga snagged the cover of Vanity Fair.
Rumors have been circulating saying that Lady Gaga will be the cover girl for Vanity Fair’s September 2010 issue. Knowing Gaga’s supposedly artsyness and influence of all things shallow in the world, we could have believed the rumors. Or not (hoping that real values can still be brought to life and/or not only dead people make good magazine covers).

However, it seems we could credit those rumors with some serious truth value for there goes Lady Gaga as grey as dead itself on the cover of Vanity Fair. Want to know the best part? The cover lines of the Gaga story say: “Who is she? Why is she? Should you worry?” Now I would have easily understood the titles if this was a discussion about some kind of meteorite, some scientific proof of rare life (flower, animal, whatsoever). But Gaga? Come on, she’s as genuine as “real” orange juice in a supermarket can. If this is the cover of Vanity Fair’s annual style issue, should we worry (for real this time) what is style? Why is style covered by Gaga?
