Sandra Bullock's ex-husband and his new girlfriend were spotted holding hands as they strolled along a street in Texas on Sunday.
The heavily tattooed pair were openly affectionate and happy to show their blossoming romance as they were snapped near Jesse James' new home in Austin.

I never believed this relationship from the get go. The media can spin it all they want, but this makes no damn sense. He coulda just stayed where he was at. Why relocate to where sandy is and then suddenly jump out the box with Kat Von D? puhleeeze!
He looks sooo robotic and miserable..I believe the kids were hounding him to move and he complied..but he never really wanted to get back together w/Sandra because she's boring for him..He moved for the kids and that is all..She (Sandra) can have the kids around her all day long..he just wanted stablity for his kids because the older kids were being mocked because their dad is a tool...
