Jordin Sparks has reportedly failed to follow the footsteps of successful "American Idol" alumni Carrie Underwood and Chris Daughtry in being a sold-out entertainer during tour. The Prophet Blog has pointed out that Idol Stages has made boxscore from nine out of the total 39 shows of her "Battlefield" tour, revealing that the majority of the gigs had her performing in half-empty venues.
According to the report, many of the shows the 20-year-old had during the tour that was kicked off in May saw her performing to below 50% capacity. Her worst gig was at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland in which she played to a shocking 10% capacity. Her biggest success was at the Nokia Theater in New York where she played to a crowd capacity of 83%.
Since wrapping the small, three month tour on July 18, the Chris Brown-collaborator in "No Air" has joined the cast of a Broadway play "In the Heights". She takes on the role of college student Nina Rosario, and will play a limited 12-week Broadway debut engagement at the Richard Rodgers Theater starting on August 19.

There were two other women who sang MUCH better that Jordan, but they didn't win. Jordan was just loud, not talented. Not surprised. Hope she got a back up.

I think Melinda Doolittle or Blake Lewis should've won the 6th season of American Idol.
