Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab.
Lindsay Lohan has been released from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital ... TMZ has confirmed.
Lindsay was released after 23 days at the Hospital. Lindsay will receive outpatient care for the foreseeable future.
We're told the doctors at UCLA were very clear with Judge Elden Fox ... they felt Lindsay should be released from the facility immediately, and the judge saw it their way.
Judge Marsha Revel had previously ordered Lindsay to spend 90 days at UCLA.
A court hearing is scheduled tomorrow, although we've learned Lindsay will not be there.

Ok these doctors said released right away......I wonderful how much they were paid. When LL hurts herself or someone else I wonder what they will have to say then??? Just something to think about.

first of all can any celeb ever do there time?? I am sick of them getting slaps on the wrists. God forbid she OD's or kills somebody driving the sad truth is she has not yet had that epiphany that she was out of control and that her latest misfortunes are a second chase and lease on life I hope she gets rid of all the enabling people in her life and gets it together for her sake.
