Four days after welcoming son Egypt, Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz stepped out in NYC Monday to go shopping for baby clothes.
Keys, 29, gave birth to Egypt Thursday.

Why is she out with that 4 day old baby shopping for clothes? You have to minimize the contact infants have with others to reduce risks of infections. She should have purchased clothes for this child last month. OK let me restate....This is a newborn - what clothes would he need? OK Alicia!
