JonBenet Ramsey Case Reopened

Burke Ramsey to be questioned in his sister's death.

JonBenet Ramsey's older brother Burke is among those authorities in Colorado will interview again in further investigating the child's mysterious death fourteen years ago, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Burke, now 23, was 9-years-old when the child beauty queen was found dead in December 1996 at the family’s Boulder, Colorado home. He was cleared of any wrongdoing by authorities in 1999, nine years before the rest of his family was exonerated.

The new round of interviews with Burke and others are based on recommendations from an advisory committee that met last year to review all of the evidence collected in connection with the 6-year-old's well-publicized death.

Police Chief Mark Beckner declined to specify the details in the latest branch of the investigation, according to the AP.

Two years ago, ex-Boulder County District Attorney Mary Lacy said that evidence points to a stranger being responsible for the killing.

After all these years, it's surprising that they still haven figured it out yet. Little white child killed should have wrapped up that case five minutes after it happened.

^truth. anything happens to a little blonde white girl, the world stops turning until they find out whodunnit. most likely the perp had friends on the inside to look the other way.

Pity when ANYONE is murdered. Lets stop trying to make these white folks seem like their lives are more significant than others because they aint.

You're all morons.

The racist venom here is gross. I'm ashamed.

You're probably seeing "racism" here because people are tired of seeing the media have 24 hour coverage for missing white women and kids especially if they're blond. Blond victims seem to have some extra bonus coverage card. Jon Benet and Natalie Holloway's stories never seemed to go away. The media coverage of missing persons is so biased and slanted. We go whole years with not 1 black child or woman being mentioned on the national level. The last two being the pharmacutical worker in Chicago and the little girl who's mother is accused of prostituting her. Now when did any of us last hear about their cases? Name 1 incident (don't need to recall names) where a black person was featured nationally for being a missing?

I believe that it was one of the three other people in the house. This was the first national case where people learned that the police can't force you to go in just for questioning . People always thought that if the cops asked you to come in for questions they could arrest you if you didn't. I wouldn't be surprised if the mom beat the little girl or did something to her out of anger and killed her. I wouldn't put it past the father molesting her and fatally wounding her but not intending to kill her. I could see the son killing her out of anger. I'm leaning more so towards the mom or son because I don't think Jon Benets mother would stay married to the man who raped her child.
