Roseanne Barr's ex husband says she reneged on her agreement to pay for his monthly trips to Hawaii to visit their son.
ROSEANNE BARR's ex-husband is taking her to court over allegations she agreed to fly him out to Hawaii to visit their son and then reneged on the deal.
The actress was married to Ben Thomas from 1995 to 2000 and they are parents to a 15-year-old son, Buck.
Barr relocated to Hawaii with the teenager earlier this year (10) and Thomas claims he only sanctioned the move after the star agreed to fly him out there once a month.
Thomas alleges Barr agreed to pay for his flights and accommodation, but called off the deal shortly before he was due to make his first visit. He claims Barr canceled his flight and sent him an email which read, "I decided that I'm no longer interested in abiding by this ridiculous arrangement. You want to visit (our son)? Buy yourself a ticket, book a room... See you in court."
Thomas has now filed legal documents at Los Angeles County Superior Court asking a judge to force Barr to honour the deal and reimburse him for the trip because his wealth "pales in comparison" to his former partner's, according to TMZ.com.

no pussycat, roseanne has those residual checks coming in from tvland and dvd sales from her show. plus she's got books and other stuff out there. she may not be as paid as she once was, but she could EASILY afford to fly him out and put him in a hotel for a few days once a month. if nothing else, the judge may make her give dude a few bucks to do with it what he wants. it'll especially go in his favor if he has the email and contracts saved.
all i know is, plastic surgery did wonders for this chick. she's no beauty queen, but definitely not the fugly weeble she once was.

Roseanne has always been stupid. So, now she thinks the judge is gonna say ok, you don't have to follow the agreement. Hell no, she's gonna be fined handsomely as she should.

Exactly he should have never agreed to the move. Dude wants a free vacation every month. Why not send the kid to see his father? But if it was in writing, dude will be compensated. This heffa's show is in syndication and every time they run it...EACH TIME, no matter what day or time, SHE GETS A RESIDUAL CHECK. Um, do you KNOW HOW FUCKING POPULAR her show was back in the day? I don't blame Rosanne. I'd renege on this deal, too. TMZ reported that the deal included flying him AND his new wife to Hawaii, once a month, for 10 days at a time. (What kind of jobs do these people have???)
Rosanne can afford it, but that doesn't mean this goofy fool deserves it. I would've agreed to those conditions if it was the only way I could move and I would've told him to go to hell once I settled in.
He deserves this type of treatment just for thinking that his ex would take of care his wife.
