Brooke Mueller Scores $55,000 a Month in Child Support

Let that be a lesson to the baby mamas out there. That little piece of paper means something. For example, baby for baby, Brooke Mueller is getting almost three times as much as Mel Gibson's baby mama Oksana Grigorieva, and Mel has tons more money than Charlie Sheen. It's simple math!

Ex-Palm Beacher Brooke Mueller, a.k.a. the soon-to-be-ex Mrs. Charlie Sheen, is walking away from the 29-month marriage with nearly $2 million cash, plus $55,000 per month until the couple’s twins, Bob and Max, turn 18.

They have 16 and a half years to go!

By my calculations, the marital settlement agreement that Sheen and Mueller signed, which was made public today as each filed a divorce petition in Los Angeles, will pay Mueller a total of about $13 million.

And there’s a nice cherry on top: Sheen’s letting Mueller keep the family’s Mercedes S600, according to the paperwork.

In essence Mueller, 33, a former Benjamin School cheerleader, made about $450,ooo-a-month — $625 an hour, including during beauty rests — just for being hitched to the star of Two and a Half Men!

“And it’s all tax free, too,” said Mueller’s mom, Palm Beach socialite Moira Fiore.

“But if you asked Brooke, she’d say she’d rather have a normal marriage in which her children are being raised by two parents, rather than having the money.”

Mueller didn’t take calls Monday night.

Sheen, meanwhile, rakes in $1.25 million per 30-minute episode of the CBS show, according to TV Guide, making him the highest-paid actor on television.

Here’s how he’ll share the wealth with Mueller, his third wife:

At first, she’ll receive $757,000. The sum includes $266,301 for their second wedding anniversary. There’s also Mueller’s 50 percent share of about $800,000 that several magazines, including OK! Magazine, paid for photos with the twins shortly after they were born.

Then, according to the settlement, Sheen will drop another $1.25 million into Mueller’s accounts, half the value of their marital home in Beverly Hills.

Finally, Bob and Max will get $27,500 a month each until they turn 18.

The divorce papers note that Sheen and Mueller separated on Christmas Day 2009.

That’s when Sheen was arrested at the family’s chalet in Aspen, Colo. He ended a night of partying with a freak out session that had Mueller dial 911.

At the time, Mueller told disbelieving folks Sheen threatened to kill her, pulled a knife on her and tried to strangle her.

In time, Sheen pleaded guilty to domestic violence and was sentenced to 30 days in the slammer. He served most of his time at a posh rehab center in Malibu, Calif.

Sheen made news again last week when he trashed his room at the Plaza Hotel in New York City while on a trip with his second ex-wife, actress Denise Richards, and their two kids.

Cops found Sheen, 45, naked and incoherent. They were called to the suite by a Miami porn star, whom cops found cowering in the bathroom. Sheen wasn’t arrested because he agreed to check himself in a Manhattan hospital.

Still, said Fiore, last week’s episode convinced Mueller to pull the plug on the marriage once and for all.

“She kept thinking he’d change,” Fiore said. “But he won’t. When he does drugs, he just becomes crazy. He loses control. I guess what happened in New York last week validated before the entire world that my daughter told the truth.”

The divorce settlement also calls for Mueller to be the primary caretaker of the twins, with a strict visitation schedule for Sheen.

“Actually, Charlie hasn’t seen the kids in three weeks,” Fiore said. “When he’s around, the nanny brings them to him for a few hours.”
