Last year a 13 year old girl came forward claiming she was Michael Lohan's "other" daughter and challenged him to take a paternity test. Michael declined the test but agreed to pay support, which he hasn't been paying by the way.
Michael Lohan is a wanted man ... again. A judge has issued a warrant for his arrest stemming from a legal war with a woman who claims MiLo is her baby daddy.
TMZ has learned a judge in Suffolk County, NY issued the warrant on Thursday ... but Michael himself isn't really sure what it's about.
We've confirmed it stems from a child support case in Montana -- where a woman sued Michael claiming he's her baby daddy ... and won an uncontested judgment because Michael never opposed the claim.
Michael tells us he made the first payment ... but was a day late on the second ... so that's why he thinks the warrant was issued (he didn't know about the warrant when we talked to him).
For the record -- Michael claims everything will be okay when the payment is processed.
We'll see.
