Details of MEL GIBSON's personal finances have been exposed in court as he battles his ex-girlfriend OKSANA GRIGORIEVA for custody of their young daughter.
The former couple has been locked in a bitter legal battle as they thrash out arrangements for 12-month-old Lucia.
The Russian singer won an increase in her child support payment from Gibson back in August (10), with a judge ordering the actor to boost the $5,000 (£3,330) monthly installments to $20,000 (£13,330) to cover the tot's expenses.
Court papers relating to the dispute have been obtained by TMZ.com and they reveal Gibson claimed to have made $7.2 million (£4.8 million) in the year from August 2009 to August 2010, while his outgoings were set at $700,889 (£467,266) a month.
Gibson's property empire was valued at more than $50 million (£33.3 million).

Mel needs a serious intervention and his a** whooped! This does not surprise me. He was sexing this broad after his divorce with no intentions to having a life with her. When she got pregnant, that was pretty much when it went down hill. Mel wanted to hit and quit it but failed in doing so soon enough. In the same breathe, she is selling their relationship to the highest bidder, which makes me feel that she is a opportunist and Mel is trapped, thus, this explains his anger towards her and the child.
