Ryan Seacrest's Big Money Radio Deal

Ryan Seacrest just signed a multi million dollar deal with Clear Channel radio.
RYAN SEACREST, the American television personality and radio host, has signed a three-year contract worth $60 million with media giant 'Clear Channel' to continue working for radio stations KIIS and WHTZ, reports the New York Times. The deal replaces his original $35 million agreement which is set to expire soon.

The terms of the new contract means Seacrest will continue as the host of his early morning top-40 radio show for KIIS in Los Angeles, while an edited version of his L.A. show will be broadcast on New York's WHTZ station at 10am. The deal will also see the 35-year-old developing new on-air and digital content for the stations, and will also involve the launch of a new record label. The host's current show has been extremely popular with listeners, and features a classic chart countdown combined with interviews and music news. The presenter's popularity and longevity is often attributed to his 'upbeat' style, as well as his pleasant and inoffensive nature.

Speaking after signing the new contract, Seacrest said, "Clear Channel's programming is only beginning to scratch the surface of what we can achieve together to connect with audiences and create innovative and compelling opportunities for listeners and advertisers".

He got the deal cause he's gay!!! He not doing anything special...Damn why don't he give somebody else a chance to get on...American Idol, producing reality shows (Kartrashians, etc) and the radio show??? Really??? Why is this considered talented?? They could put anyone in these positions, he would not be missed! Oh well, he is white....so that must be the reason, cause I can't see why he would get 60 milli for a radio show??? GTFOH

everytime I read about this guy and all the money he is getting for doing anything anyone can do...I worry about Brian Dunkleman...and hope that he is ok with his decision. That is the truest of testaments of losing earthly gains to win riches with the Lord!
