Looks like Lindsay Lohan's luck has run out.

Lohan, 24, is to be arraigned and have bail set this afternoon at an LA County courthouse.
It’s the latest legal landmine tripped by the troubled star, who is already on probation for a series of DUI busts.
The “Herbie Fully Loaded” actress, who served 13 days in jail last year, could face up to three years in the clink if she’s convicted of felony grand theft.

As if that’s not bad enough, prosecutors are expected today to ask for a six-month jail stint for Lohan for violating probation related to her previous DUI charges, RadarOnline reported.
Cops believe that Lohan sashayed out of Kamofie & Company in Venice on Jan. 22 wearing the gold choker with semiprecious stones without paying for it.
She’d recently been photographed sporting the allegedly pilfered bling.
Officers were ready to serve a search warrant on Lohan last week before an aide to the actress handed over the necklace, short-circuiting the raid.
Lohan has reportedly told pals the necklace was lent to her by Kamofie before she had her stylist return it.
Linz’s party-pal mom, Dina Lohan, insisted her princess is no thief.
“Lindsay is not guilty of anything,” she said. “No one knew the name of this little jewelry store before.”
Dina said it makes no sense for Lindsay to steal, since she could afford anything from that store.
“My daughter is not going to walk out of a jewelry store with a necklace,” she said. “My daughter has more jewelry than that jewelry store. It’s ridiculous.”
Lohan’s lawyer could not immediately be reached for comment.
The actress’ legal eagle, Shawn Chapman Holley, has previously said, “We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court.”
Lohan could be racking up more legal bills in coming months.
Riverside County, Calif., authorities are still deciding whether to charge her in connection with a December shoving match she had with a worker from the Betty Ford Center while she was in rehab.
Meanwhile in Las Vegas, Lohan is facing a breach-of-contract lawsuit by tanning and airbrush specialist Lorit Simon, who claims Linz owes her $40,000, according to TMZ.com.

I know she'll cry a few fake tears, possibly do a short stint in rehab and be right back on the streets doing the same bullshit she's been doing since she got old enough to try sneaking alcohol. Oh please nothing is going to happen to this chick, she's the "right color" so they will give her 10 minutes in jail and allow her to walk out like they always do.
