We ask because there's a feud brewing between the Jersey Shore star and the hitmaking R&B crooner...
It all started on Monday when Ne-Yo tweeted, "Wow. Snooki is on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Really? I quit. (Just kidding, but almost serious....)."
Ne-Yo insisted at last night's Battle: L.A. premiere that his jab wasn't necessarily about Snooki. "I gotta reiterate, no disrespect to Snooki," he told us. "I don't know her so I can't disrespect her but I feel like Rolling Stone is a music magazine and for them to put her on the cover, it's like, 'Really?!' "
But it seems like too little too late for Snooki's liking—sounds like the she's going to be deleting Ne-Yo from her iPod. Just hours before we chatted with him, she tweeted, "Neyo's mad that I got the cover of rolling stone?...you lost a loyal fan. What a buzz kill.#sorry."
No surprise, but Ne-Yo's not too upset. "I think I'll be all right," he smiled. "I think I'll sleep tonight."
