Scott Disick has secretly been making moves to distance himself from Kourtney Kardashian and preserve his custody rights for their son Mason.

“He wants to draw up a legal agreement, giving him shared custody of Mason,” reveals a Kardashian family friend, which for Kourtney — who wants nothing more than for Mason to grow up in a home with two parents — was like a nightmare come true.
“She exploded,” the friend reveals. “She didn’t understand Scott’s motives.”
But for those who care about Kourtney, Scott’s motives are all too clear. After secretly trying to shop a reality show featuring Kourtney and him as married parents, greedy Scott was upset to find out that there were no takers. So, even though he’d proposed to Kourtney in front of their reality show’s cameras, he let her know that he didn’t want to go through with it.
“The wedding is off and done for now,” confirms an insider on Kourtney & Kim Take New York, which airs Sundays on E! at 10 p.m. ET. “They will not have an engagement to announce on the season finale.”
Since producers arranged for two versions of Scott, 27, popping the question — one where she says yes, and one where she says no — Scott pushed for the “no” version, forcing Kourtney, 31, to give up hope of settling down with her baby’s dad.
“She doesn’t want Mason to be from a broken home,” says the insider, who adds that she’s terrified at the thought of a custody battle.
Sadly, though, a legal battle may be inevitable. Unable to see eye-to-eye on how to raise Mason, the couple has been “fighting more than ever,” the insider reveals — especially since they moved out of the Kardashian compound and into their own house.

She does not want Mason to come from a broken home..... Ladies if this was true then you would have a baby on your own terms that actually fits a family lifestyle. You have the power to say no and to then shape your situation to your needs and wants. I am in my early 30's and don't have any children because I want a family and no man is going to convince me other wise. I have the power in my choice. If Koutney really wanted a family she would have even waited until Scott was ready or demanded more from the very beginning. I feel like women are growing very naive and are letting men who want nothing more the sex have all of the power even when there plans reek of immaturity and intellectual value. Only you can control your fertility.
PS Scott does look very feminine in that picture of above. He is very angry which men usually get when they don't know themselves and when they don't want to answer questions or be responsible for there actions.
