The doctor has asked for the delay in the Los Angeles trial so his legal team can prepare to deal with new prosecution witnesses, reports BBC News. He has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter of the singer, which took place in June 2009.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor is planning to dismiss prospective jurors due to the new delay. Prosecutors are claiming that Murray tried to cover up administering an ellegedly lethal dose of the drug propofol, while Murray's legal team are arguing that the singer administered the drug himself.
Photos of Jackson's autopsy are set to be shown in the trial despite protests from Murray's legal team. Prosecutors are arguing that Jackson was healthy just before he died.

Those who are really behind MJs death (not saying Murderay isn't)are indeed paying this fool's legal fees. Think about it. He certainly does not have the money. They are delaying because they simply do not have a defense. First, it was a no named assistant that gave MJ the lethal dose of Propofol, then MJ injected himself (insert eye roll) and now they are trying to convince people that MJ simply drank the drug. Their desperation is showing and they need to regroup. The alleged cardiologist should be in prison already.

Agree with your scenario, but I wonder if they are gonna pay this fool's legal fees because that is how they do, promise a person a payoff to do something evil and then they drop the person. The fact that they have no defense is a tip off that this murderer is going to jail
^^^I hope he does. He deserves to go to jail. He was the one with MJ when he passed. He did the deed he was told/paid to do.
If any thing he should be in jail for ILLEGALLY giving this drug to a patient outside of a hospital!
Michael was under this, so called, doctors care when he died. Instead of checking on the patient that Dr. Murray was being paid dearly to care for he was on the phone with one of his mistresses. Propofol should have never been in the house to begin with.
