The 55-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also revealed that they both share similar hang-ups about their bodies.
She said: 'I won't say what they are, but we have some of the same body issues, so it's great to talk things through with her.'
Jenner, who had a facelift in June, also revealed that she is not opposed to going under the knife again in the future.
'A woman has to do what a woman has to do,” she said. 'I still like to look natural, but if there was anything that I felt needed work, I would do it.'
