I know there’s nothing new under the sun, but sometimes…some things make you wonder if originality even exists anymore.
After Beyonce dropped the video for “Countdown,” a Danish blog pointed out that the treatment, choreography, and outfits looked veerrrrrry familiar. In fact, many of the dance scenes in “Countdown” looked like the work of Belgian dancer and choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker.
Studio Belgium called Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker who had a few interesting words about Bey’s remake.
Keersmaeker said: “I didn’t know anything about this. I’m not mad, but this is plagiarism. This is stealing. They took pieces from Achterland and Rosas danst Rosas. Including the dresses and a remake of the school of [architect Henry] Van de Velde [which served as the set for the original recording of Rosas danst Rosas by director Thierry De Mey]. It’s a bit rude, I must say. (…) What’s rude about it is that they don’t even bother about hiding it. They seem to think they could do it because it’s a famous work. (…) Am I honoured? Look, I’ve seen local school kids doing this. That’s a lot more beautiful.”

Who could ever doubt she's really pregnant? Look at those big ass thighs. They went from humongous to a monstrocity.
Hasn't she learned anything? How hard is it to contact these people and ask them to choreograph something original for her or work with her to help her recreate the work. They would be getting paid and will back her when people complain about the similarities. Instead this tart steals other peoples work and doesn't even contact them or mention their names when asked about how the video was created. That just irks me beyond belief. Real artists reach out. I was watching a documentary on one of Bjorks videos and she saw clamation done by one company and a dance by another. She called both companies and they worked on her. She didn't hire some cheaper knock off or hire dancers to do choreography that's already been made. This bitch has no creative bone in her body.

No there are still original things being done by people with the brain cells and imagination to do it. If this wasn't the case Beystealin would have ran out of people to jack 10 video's ago.
I'm kind of tired of hearing this. And truthfully the stealing especially when no credit is given doesn't help those still doing original, creative, artistic stuff. Maybe if they were being hired to work on Bey's projects they would get more work and more original ideas would be on the screen.
I could care less about her jacking ideas bc she's been doing it for years. My biggest concern is that she's rolling on the floor like a giant walrus when she looks like she's 20 weeks pregnant. Hopefully she will hire someone to tell her that black women are twice as likely to have late term miscarriages than white and hispanic women and to sit her ass down. But then again, maybe she knows this and not concerned, seeing that she wishes she was Shakira and says that she creole, not black.
