The Church of Scientology went to some hardcore lengths to dig up dirt on the creators of South Park after they aired an episode mocking their religion.
Suggesting that stories of the average Scientologist’s legendary sense of humor may have been somewhat overstated (at least at levels below OT IV, when every Scientologist completes their Comedy Auditing Trials), former Church of Scientology executive Marty Rathbun has revealed via leaked internal documents that the organization targeted South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone for a lengthy period of time following 2005’s “Trapped In The Closet.” The episode—which suggested Scientology was a scam based on a fantasy concocted by a sci-fi writer, scurrilously mocking Scientology’s origin and core beliefs by writing them down and then saying them out loud—sparked an investigation into the duo by the Church’s covert Office of Special Affairs operatives, who spent well over a year looking for information that could be used against them. This, they believed, would discredit Parker and Stone in the public eye, and validate Scientology as a totally legitimate religion with nothing sinister about it at all.Jacked from The AV Club
According to those documents, Scientology operatives staked out the South Park production offices to compile personal information on the staff, and even concocted schemes to infiltrate the writers’ room using a Church plant who’d worked for Troma Entertainment’s Lloyd Kaufman. Through that mole, the Church established “leads” on several friends of Parker and Stone—including then-married couple John Stamos and Rebecca Romijn—whom they also targeted for “PRCs” (public records checks) and “special collections,” which Rathbun explains to the Village Voice is a Scientology code word for digging in the trash and looking for anything they can use against you, be it phone records and bank statements or even empty bottles of liquor and food containers that could help them “figure out your diet.” Unfortunately for the Church of Scientology, they were apparently thwarted in their attempts to dig through Parker and Stone’s trash. Thus, they were unable to put together the detailed description of their diets that would prove, once and for all, that the Church of Scientology is not a creepy cult built on subterfuge and intimidation tactics. Without it, the case is still somewhat open.

The Church of Scientology is a money making scheme as well as a cult. Their stake out of South Park employees pales in comparison to their infiltration of the IRS. I think the only reason why the government doesn't go after them is because they stole information on powerful people from past and present that have deep roots in governmental history.
God is going to tear this cult a whole new ass hole. All of them get their day, sooner or later. They want people to be afraid of them, so they won't be completely exposed. They're based in deception, lies & manipulation and want their followers to shed all guilt and sell their souls to scientology. Even the children are brainwashed & treated like adults, leading to a mind-set of self entitlement. Just look at how arrogant will smith's kids are or tom cruise's daughter Suri. Very sinister shit, but God will have the last say. So enjoy it while u can, you suckers!
so...their actions only prove that they are a cult and maybe even crazier and more controlling than south park made them out to be.
Church of Scientology is much worse than gets reported openly. They make people who can't afford their classes sign billion year contracts to work for the church in return for free classes. The "church" is against psychiatric treatment. They tell followers not to seek treatment. People have died under their care or have flipped out and killed family members after listening to their directions. They have members disown family members who question the "church". They have slave camps that hold followers hostage. They do not let them leave.

Man I haven't caught an episode of South Park in awhile but I have new found respect for these guys who created the show. They're like MJ on the basketball court, they go at everyone. It doesn't matter who you are or who you run with. You gotta respect that. Also, whatever they're saying about this so-called religion has got to be true because if you know the accusations are false, then why try to get revenge or even respond? Thinks that make you go hmmm....
