Kelly Rowland strives for a body like Naomi Campbell's.

She said: "Naomi Campbell is my body inspiration. She has amazing legs. I go to the gym four or five days a week because I want my legs tight."
Kelly also puts herself through a rigorous workout on her upper body, no matter what time of day or night - and has even been known to put in he hours after a full evening's work on 'The X Factor', where the live shows and spin-off programmes don't finish until after 11pm.
She added in an interview with Heat magazine: "I do maybe 50 to 100 lady push ups a day. You're supposed to do 200 sit ups at night, because it busts the fat. I did it the other night after I finished the show, and it helped me go to sleep."
