Singer Ne-Yo confirms he has a son on the way.
On the red carpet for the ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Atlanta Legends Dinner presented by Lincoln MKX at the W Midtown last night, Ne-Yo let the cat out of the bag when asked if fatherhood had affected the type of music he makes.Jacked from UpTown
“I’ve always prided myself on being able to make music that everybody can listen to and that’s not gone change. That’s just reinforced now that I have a little girl and a little boy on the way.
Yeah I’m doing the same thing I’ve been doing,” he said.
In addition to Ne-Yo, music industry vets Shanti Das, DeVyne Stephens, Jermaine Dupri, Kawan “‘KP” Prather as well as such artists and creative talents as Ludacris, Johnta Austin, Kandi Burrus were also honored. Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed personally thanked those gathered for their successful efforts to get him elected as well as the dollars and prestige they continue to bring the city of Atlanta.
