Mom Gloria is certain that Bradley’s high-maintenance girlfriend – who pulled the plug on her seven-year marriage to Marc Anthony earlier this year – will break her son’s heart, insiders revealed.
Gloria also warned the movie hunk that J.Lo is too similar to his ex-wife Jennifer Esposito – and that marriage crashed and burned in 2007 after less than a year.
Gloria doesn’t think J.Lo is good for her son,” revealed a close source.
“She believes she’s superficial and concerned more about money and material things.
“She wants Bradley to end the relationship now before he gets hurt.”
Cooper, 36, and Lopez, 42, were first spotted dining together at the posh New York eatery Per Se in mid-September, just two months after she parted ways with Anthony.
“Gloria wants Bradley to be in a relationship built around trust and love,” said the source.
But so far, the “Hangover” star isn’t making his mother’s wish come true.
He was reportedly spotted leaving his Pacific Palisades house on Oct. 15 with J.Lo in the passenger seat – and drove to her gated home about 15 minutes away.
Brad’s been warned that mother knows best, and of course, if J.Lo dumps him, “Gloria will be there to pick up the pieces of his broken heart,” said the source.

Bradley is a grown man and should be able to date who he wants to - his mother needs to respect that and support her son choices. If and when Jennifer's true colors are shown, at least he'll feel like he can talk to his mother about it.
