Jonathan Jaxson - who worked with the reality star between 2007 and 2009 - has renewed claims Kim's nuptials to NBA star Humphries were a publicity stunt.
Speaking on Good Day LA this morning, Jaxson said: 'Two weeks prior to her wedding she knew it was not something she wanted to do.
'Unfortunately they were obligated to honour contracts [with the E! network which had TV rights] otherwise they would have owed a lot of people a lot of money.'
Earlier this week during an interview with New York's Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, Jaxson said: 'She's never gotten over [her ex Reggie Bush].'
Kim, 31, and 26-year-old NFL star Reggie were the subject of repeated engagement claims throughout their relationship.
The couple dated for around two years before initially splitting in July 2009. Two months later they got back together before ending their relationship again in March last year.
Jaxson claimed he would often help Kim stage publicity stunts when he worked with her.
He continued: 'I staged several of the moments that the world has seen of her, such as a ring that we alleged was from Reggie Bush.'
The publicist talked about how he helped generate a fake engagement story between Kim and Reggie in 2007 by setting up paparazzi to take pictures of her leaving a Beverly Hills jewellery store.
She then sported a ring on her wedding finger in public - which Jaxson claimed is identical to the one Kris proposed to Kim with.
Jaxson added that there is no doubt Kim and Kris, 26, made a packet during their time together.

Most ppl knew she was a master manipulator. I will never forget when she ran up on the podium when the Saints won the super bowl. She is one desperate whore.
Now she wants to sue this Jaxson guy. He ain't said shit that we didn't already know.
This goes back to have women play a role to get what they want especially women who marry successful men.. So she was using the same tactic to try to get Reggie to want to marry her or trying to get the public to pressure Reggie to want to marry her. Kim is going to find it hard to get another man to walk down the aisle with her anytime soon.
1:31am-'made a packet' is just a British way of saying they made a bunch of money. Which they did, what with all the sponsors and gifts they got. I'm still trying to figure out why Star Jones was the devil when she tried to get sponsors for HER wedding but Kim is a role model.

I think the answer to your question regarding S. Jones is Star made a complete fool of herself begging for free stuff. She used the fact that she was on the View to guilt sponsers to give. With KK she had the backing of E whom I will assume did most of the getting of the free stuff, i.e the venue, the food. KK may have had a choice in certain things but E planned most if not all of it. Now I don't think KK is a role model but unlike Star she had the network behind her Star didn't.
That was Reggie momment to shine. Then Kim (her mother) ruined it by coming onto the field (like she was Reggie wife) which took the focus of him and it went on KIM.
Reggie was steaming (Kim was to preoccupied with herself that she didn't even notice) he smile but Reggie was very upset which put the nail in their relationship

I think everyone seen that. What was funny to me is when she said "will i have to stop working" or something like to help out.
His response was "NO". LOLLLLLLLL
Like with everything else she must be the center of attention.
There is a saying that goes "silence is golden". She should of kept her mouth shut.
What did she do or say that made her ex-publicist tell all? I'm quite sure it will be interesting to read.
I think this should be a clue for her to exit out of the public eye.
Kim is the poster child for mental illness. All the characteristics are present.
The devil will use you as much as he can before he moves to the next dummy who is willing to sell their soul.
Her fans need to follow her to talk therapy as well. Lord knows they need it!!
I thought I was the only one that noticed how Kim took the shine from Reggie at the SuperBowl. I was really shocked and didn't know if the reporter approached Kim (instead of Reggie) or if Kim just Bogart'd the mic.
