Lindsay Lohan checked into jail at 8:48pm last night to serve her 30-day sentence … and promptly checked out again less than five hours later, around 1:30am, TMZ reports. The gossip site had previously noted that LiLo would most likely be released after mere hours due to prison overcrowding at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. What I joke. I've learned one valuable thing from all this: If I ever want to commit a crime and get away scot free, I just need to move to California first.

I had an old unpaid traffic ticket and was held for 3 days. WTF?

This is the judge's fault. He is making a mockery of the justice system. And no... It's not a California thing... it's a celebrity thing. I remember them (judge) doing the same thing and taking FOREVER to give Robert Downy, Jr. some REAL time for ALL of his shenanigans. Once they FINALLY did, he clean-up and straightened up his act. Damn shame. If this was Laquisha or Tyrone, they would've BEEN gotten real time and SERVED it.

Hell i was on my way to pay the traffic ticket and they picked me up and held me for 23 hours.
