Mariah Yeater Drops Paternity Suit

Mariah Yeater has withdrawn her paternity suit against teen pop star Justin Bieber.
Justin Bieber's baby mama has dismissed her paternity lawsuit against the singer ... TMZ has learned.

The suit was quietly dismissed late last week. What's more, Mariah Yeater's lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have quit her ... withdrawn from the case.

As we first reported, Justin not only planned to take a DNA test when he returned to the U.S., he was going to sue Yeater and her lawyers for making a bogus claim. And, as we reported, Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, called the attorneys and informed them a suit was looming.

Apparently, they got the message.

They tried to pull the MJ okidoke on Justin. They basically admitted that they figured Justin would pay them off without a pat test just to make them go away. Sounds like borderline blackmail to me. They need to pass laws adding fines to people who knowingly file frivolous lawsuits like this

I co-sign with Anon@12:02;

These broads and the 'get rich quick' schemes are really making me tired and it makes all of the legitimate plaintiffs look bad. She knew cotton pickin well that J Bieber was not none of her baby daddy. Her attorneys should have also pulled her coat tail to the fact that she could be brought up on statutory (sp?) rape charges because he is JUST 17 which would have made him 16 when her child was conceived. What a dumb bell!!

Celebitchy has an update saying that she's changing legal teams and is still going ahead with filing. Said she's trying to work out a deal for a paternity test outside of the courts requested test.
