While celebrating her 19th birthday with friends and family at the Roosevelt Hotel Beacher’s Madhouse Club in Los Angeles last week Cyrus’ friend Kelly Osbourne presented her with the Bob Marley cake to which Cyrus’ cracked a “joke?"
“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed” (video below).
Osbourne responded by saying, “I thought salvia was your problem, man?”
Osbourne was referring to the infamous bong video that surfaced after Cyrus’ 18th birthday party last year, in which Miley was caught smoking what she later claimed was the legal herb.
Osbourne later defended the incident on twitter stating, “if Miley isn’t recording /filming/touring, she works every day. How could she possibly do all that if she was a stoner?”
Even with her mother and father in attendance it didn’t seem to stop Cyrus from making the joke. I don’t know about your house – but that is definitely not a joking matter for most families.

uh, plenty of people smoke weed and function, Miss Osbourne (i can't, though. I turn into a mute)... as far as Miley, she gave up trying to be a role model when she left Disney. Let her live. It's not like it's cocaine or ecstacy. She's not an alcoholic... eff it.
^^^yet. The girl is still young. Although many people can limit it to MJ (which I personally don't condone, because contrary to popular opinion even MJ leaves a lasting impression), others hardly start off with the hard stuff. It's a gradual progression.
I would rather her be chiefin than being a damn drunk. A drunk ain't shit.
