tea on Rihanna. She's not involved in drugs and she is not bi. She's a pleasure to work with and I've heard nothing but good things about her from the people I know who have worked with her. She can be a bit feisty but she's not a diva at all. She's super cool to hang with. She doesn't take herself too seriously. She likes to party and have fun but she has a serious work ethic. People on here rag on her but that girl works her butt off. She'll do a tour and have a recording studio on her tour bus recording records for the next album while preparing and doing shows. That's the reason she's where she is. The beef between her and Tierra Marie it wasn't just that Jay put more focus on Rihanna because honestly when Jay signed Tierra and Rihanna he planned on making Tierra Marie the next Beyonce. Def Jam and everyone was totally invested in Tierra Marie and where going to make Rihanna take a backseat to Tierra. What screwed Tierra was her work ethic. She was lazy. She didn't want to work for it. She expected everything to be handed to her whereas Rihanna was always on her A game. She was always giving 110% while Tierra was giving maybe 50%. Tierra wanted the fame but not the hard work that came with the fame. Rihanna was willing to work her butt off and still works her butt off and contrary to how people on here feel about Rihanna she's been consistent with her music and her work ethic. That's why she's on top and that's why Def Jam kicked Tierra Marie to the curb. So for those thinking Rihanna is this super diva who is all attitude and no talent...I can tell you that the girl works her butt off and she does have a bit of a temper but for the most part she's a down to earth humble person to be around.
It is quite possible that Rihanna may be battling some form of depression, though. I won't confirm or deny it because I can't say for sure without certainty. What I can say is she's been on overdrive for years and she's never had a chance to deal with certain things from her past and from the incident. She totally threw herself into work without taking time off...mainly because of the label forcing her back to work to capitalize off the situation and also because of her own doing...wanting to prove to the public that she was "ok" she never wanted to come across as a victim so she threw herself into work and never dealt with it. Also I can say that it really bothered her that she was made to be the bad guy. She was forced into handling a very private situation in the public and forced to handle it in a way that made everyone else happy neglecting her own feelings. So I'm sure if there's some depression going on there then this is what it seems from and the fact that her crappy family is selling her out to tabloids with false or inaccurate information. She's dealt with a lot but she would never let the public know that she's down. That's just how she is. I know that she is not into drugs but I can't say whether or not she's battling depression. I really don't know.

From what I understand about the T.Marie incident is at that time Solange was trying to date Weezy and she found out that T.Marie slept with Weezy so she was booted out, pushed aside and treated badly by the Knowles/Carter clan. Then Rihanna got her chance at stardom. Rihanna has nothing to do with this, but I'm sure she was happy to be in that position. It's been working out for her ever since. I have also noticed how she has improved over time.--The poster may have been right on some things, but Rihanna is no different from other celebs in this business. I believe she does have a problem with drinking and drugs. This is something that is normal in that circle. It has happened to the best of them. But if Rihanna is trying to slow down and find her true self, then that is commendable because she will be amongst the minority.
