Lindsay Lohan's little sister Ali was spotted in Beverly Hills looking alarmingly thin.

But there is no doubt that Ali Lohan has changed recently and by the looks of things it might not be for the better.
Lindsay Lohan’s younger sister was seen heading to a casting in Beverly Hills and the 17-year-old was looking painfully thin.
The teen stepped out of an SUV and her limbs were looking frail as she poked out of the car.As she stood up her tiny frame was clearly visible through her skinny jeans and white T-shirt. Her dramatic appearance was all the more shocking because she appeared washed out and pale.
Ali's sister Lindsay has had her own public battle with her weight and in 2009 she shrank down to her smallest while dating Samantha Ronson. While Lindsay has gained weight in recent years it's clear her sister has been sliding down the scales.
While there is concern over Ali's weight, claims have also surfaces that she has gone under the knife having cosmetic surgery on her face. In an interview recently Ali rubbished claims she had a nip and tuck.'It's stupid,' she said 'I don't listen to it. It's absolutely not true.' Lohan, who featured on the cover of the New York Post's Page Six magazine, added: 'I was cracking up. Because, like, when would I do that? I'm 17 years old. Lohan said plastic surgery was not the 'right thing to do.' 'That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!'
When photos of Lohan appeared in celebrity magazines and blogs her agent put the chance in appearance down to a teenage growth spurt. But bloggers pointed out the startling difference in pictures taken of Lohan with freckles on her face. In the latest photos taken in Beverly Hill when she visited her sister the freckles appeared to have disappeared.
While denying undergoing plastic surgery Lohan did admit to being offered drugs - but insisted she always said no. She even said her sister, who has been in and out of jail stemming from drug charges, was a role model to her.
'I just say no,' she said. 'I'm lucky enough that I had my sister to learn from. I’ve seen people do it to her, so I've learned to be like, "That's stupid, no."

She looks like walking death. Her family or somebody needs to intervene b4 she collapses right into ICU.
I can't believe that they think this is okay. She was so pretty, and now she looks like a anorexic lady. They took her youthful looks away. This is sad. She's looks like she starving herself to model, and she wasn't heavy at all.
