A New York-based publicist and entertainment manager tells us she encountered Davis around 2:30 a.m. on New Year’s Day when he approached her cab — which was idling in traffic outside the W Hotel South Beach — and brusquely opened the door.
The PR pro, who requested anonymity, says Davis first told her: “I will give you $100 for this cab,” then added: “I’m with Nicky Hilton.”
Before our source could even reply, she says, Davis upped the figure to $500.
The publicist, who recognized Davis from the media, says she told the grandson of late oil tycoon and onetime 20th Century Fox owner Marvin Davis, that she didn’t want his money. But, she explained, since she was only traveling another block, he and his crew could jump in, drop her off and continue on their way.
“I never would have given Brandon Davis the satisfaction that he could have paid me off,” says our source.
Davis took the publicist up on her offer and joining him were Hilton, her cousin, Farrah Richards, the daughter of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Kyle Richards, and an unknown male friend.
Hilton and her cousin jumped into the front of the taxi, while Davis and the other male slid in next to the publicist who was in the back seat.
As the group piled into the taxi, our source tells us they were yelling excitedly about Afrojack, the deejay who had played the W’s “Jacked 2012” New Year’s Eve bash and was reportedly seen kissing Nicky’s sister Paris Hilton throughout the evening.
When their chatter subsided, the source says Nicky, who “looked gorgeous” and was wearing heart-shaped glasses, repeatedly thanked the publicist for her act of kindness and wished her a happy new year.
For some reason, Hilton’s gratitude seemed to irk Davis. According to our source, he told Nicky to “shut up” and “stop thanking her,” noting that he had offered to pay our source $500 for the ride.
When our source — a savvy New York native — pointed out that she wasn’t going to take his money, she says Davis vulgarly asked her if she’d like the friend who was riding next to him to perform a sexual act on her that we’re not going to repeat here.
“How about not?” the source replied, shutting down Davis and exiting the cab.
Davis could not be reached for comment, but he seems to have a penchant for offering exorbitant amounts of money for stuff.
At last year’s Sundance Film Festival, we reported he told friends that he offered employees at a Park City, Utah, 7-Eleven $1,000 for a donut.

Money cant buy you class and about the exorbitant spending, hes bored and has so much money he doesn't know what to do with it. Hopefully he will not invest too much of it into drugs and o.d. one day. I pray one day he finds God and strives to become a better person.
