Chris Brown is being investigated for theft by snatching after absconding with a fan's cell phone in Florida.
RumorFix has learned that R&B singer Chris Brown is in trouble with Florida authorities after allegedly stealing a fan’s iPhone outside a Miami nightclub.Jacked from Rumor Fix
A spokesperson for the Miami Police Department tells RumorFix that an arrest warrant for Brown may be issued on Thursday afternoon by the State Attorney’s Office.
Brown (pictured above on the night of the incident) allegedly stole the phone while leaving Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach on February 19.
According to an incident report obtained by RumorFix, when Brown got into his black Bentley to leave the venue, fan Christal Shanae Spann pulled out her iPhone and took a picture of him sitting in the car. Spann told police that Brown then became furious, reaching through his car window and snatching the phone from her hands.
Next, the singer allegedly told her, “B*tch, you ain’t going to put that on no website.” Brown then rolled up his window and drove away with her property.
Miami Police Department Detective Juan Sanchez confirms that an investigation into the matter is underway.
Florida State’s Attorney PIO Ed Griffith tells RumorFix, “All complaints are investigated before an arrest is made. Once charges are filed it becomes public — but at this point we can not comment on what may be happening.”

He wouldn't have snatched a phone off a man! I felt sorry for dude, but now fuck him. I doubt if he goes to jail because the girl name sounds black. The mofo would be in jail now if it was a white girl!
If this is true Chris Brown needs to get over himself; his ugly mug is plastered all up and through the Internet ennyhow. If he is so concerned about a picture ending up on the Internet then he should stay in the house. People take pictures of him on stage ennyhow so what is the difference? Was he mad because she didnt ask for an autograph?
chris was feeling himself to hard , bout stealing a iphone, he should do time, but since his probation is in cali and he famous he wont do a day in jail.
Chris picture is taken all the time, I think him and Tyga was in a compromising position that would fuel the strong rumors he is bisexual.
