The judge in the Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry custody war issued a series of rulings Friday -- among them, he rejected Halle's request for a restraining order temporarily blocking all contact between Nahla and Gabriel.
Gabriel was out with his 3-year-old today ... taking Nahla to her school.

Why? Her mom's white-so that makes her bi-racial. And what difference would it have made?

On another note, this is the 1st time I have ever seen Nahla walking-either Halle or Gabe are carrying her in most pics.
I am just glad to see that this child can walk!!!! She is always in someones arms.

Dam this white dude Gab givin' Halle a run for her money with this kid. He should of never dated Halle since he admitted regretting his daughter being of mixed race, but at least he cares about his daughter in spite of that fact.
