If there is a fairness on this world, Rita should not even be compared with Rianna, Rita is wayyy batter than most of those black chicks... as far as whether she is presenting her origin country well, i am not sure if any of those black artist does present it any better, i think they should take Rita as an example, at least she is POINTING out where she is from...
I don't see why some of you feel the need to critisise her look. You cannot judge someone you have never met, it's just not right. Calling somebody sexy does not mean you want a relationship with them or that your interested, it can simply mean that they look good. Do not get involved you hating retards.
