Chris Brown Unconcerned About Impending Charges

Chris Brown appears unconcerned that charges against him for snatching a fan's iPhone may be looming.
He is still under investigation for the theft of a Miami woman's iPhone, but Chris Brown isn't going to let it get him down.

The 22-year-old singer not only headed out with pals including girlfriend Karrueche Tran on Friday night, but he also seemed to shake his head at the situation on his Twitter account.

He cryptically posted yesterday: 'Eventually people grow up and get wiser to the bulls**t.'

Meanwhile, it was just revealed that his case is still under investigation by Miami authorities.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle told E!: 'We have taken the statements of our local witnesses and have just finished discussing with the lead Miami Beach Detective the additional witness information supplied by Mr. Brown‘s attorney Mark Geragos.

'We must now interview these individuals, some of whom may be from out of state, just as we do in every criminal investigation in order to uncover the truth in its entirety.'

Brown allegedly snatch 24-year-old Christal Spann's iPhone and drove off with it.

One of her friends relays how Brown told Spann: 'B***h you not gonna put this up on no website,' after she took photos of him with her phone camera.

Spann followed Brown and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning on February 19 and took a photograph of the singer getting into his Bentley.

Christal told police that Brown 'flipped out when he saw her camera phone' according to TMZ.

TMZ also reports the LA District Attorney's Office is now keeping a close eye on Brown and is waiting to see what action, if any, the L.A. County Probation Department is taking.

Brown is still on probation for beating his then girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 and any criminal charges could result in his probation being revoked and the singer being sent to prison for up to four years.

Meanwhile, RadarOnline reports today that Brown is telling friends he has done nothing wrong.

An insider told the website: 'Chris is hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges being made against him.

'Chris is letting his lawyer, Mark Geragos, deal with the Florida State's Attorney's Office.'

He will never get it. I want something to happen to him that he can't get out of.
