Just a day after the video-making duo took J.Lo's twins to see the Easter Bunny and later hit the town, the lovebirds rang in Smart's big 2-5 together Friday, kicking off the fete with an intimate dinner at upscale Italian hot spot Cecconi's in West Hollywood.
"@BEAUcasperSMART 'Beau has a birthday we're so glad we hope its the happiest Birthday Beau ever has!' HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAR!!!," Lopez tweeted.
And why wouldn't it be happy? A source confirms to E! News that J.Lo really splurged for the birthday boy.
"Yes, she did buy him a white pickup," said the source. "He really wanted one and she surprised him. He had no idea he was getting it."
The 42-year-old American Idol judge, who rented out the restaurant's Butterfly room for the evening to accompany 25 of Smart's family and friends, headed to Cecconi's wearing a turquoise, tight-fitting Michael Kors dress, while Smart opted for a casual black jacket and cap.
J.Lo's manager Benny Medina, Reggie Bush and Randy Jackson were also present at the dinner.
Earlier in the day, Lopez and Smart were spotted shopping together in Beverly Hills.

Hope JLo isn’t dumb enough to husband up this thang. If she likes them young, tender, and GGG (not necessarily good lucking) so be it since men have done so since the beginning of time. BUT she needs to follow George Clooney’s playbook and trade them in which is when she starts her wedding fantasies. Bad move, stupid move, to have men in and out your bedroom on a revolving basis, terrible example for her children.
