Seal will not go quietly into the night as far as his divorce from Heidi Klum is concerned and is gearing up to fight their pre-nuptial agreement.
If it looked as though the (more or less) fairytale marriage of supermodel Heidi Klum and musician Seal was primed for a suitably tidy and amicable end, a new report suggests there might be trouble a-brewing and things could get ugly before the dust settles.
Klum filed for divorce last Friday, just months after the couple’s surprising split – surprising because the two were always seen pawing each other hungrily on the red carpet. Ah, illusions.
Anyway, in her filing, Klum (according to TMZ) asked for primary physical custody of their four children with Seal getting visitation rights. TMZ also reported that the couple had signed a post-nuptial agreement to separate their assets, so no community property would have to be divided.
Not so fast, apparently. Seal has filed a response to Klum’s filing, and according to the New York Daily News, the 49-year-old musician is asking for joint physical custody of the couple’s four kids.
What’s more, the NYDNsays Seal’s documents claim there are “community and quasi-community assets” that need dividing. In yet another sign of discord, Seal listed their date of separation as undetermined while his mogul wife claimed it was January 19… which tells us what, class? You, there in the back with your hand up… go ahead. “Um, it tells us maybe Mr. Seal didn’t see it coming but Mrs. Seal had it all planned out?” Yes! Correct. So… hmmm.
TMZ has suggested Klum, host of the hit reality show Project Runway, is worth about $70 million compared to Seal’s comparatively paltry $15 million, which gives Heidi some 55 million reasons to have her proverbial ducks in a row with this split. Unnamed sources told TMZ that Klum was concerned Seal had rage issues that were affecting the kids.
But, “To paint this as all Seal and his temper is really, really inaccurate,” a source told the NYDN in January. “These are two huge personalities. And when you love hard, you fight hard.” Those words might end up being more prophetic than anyone dreamed. Stay tuned.Jacked from Dramarama

Children are not property and unless there is some documented reason why one parent is unfit then both parents should always ask for joint physical custody. The child didn't ask to be born and the parents chose each other to have children with; it's not fair to put a child in the middle of foolishness.
I just was shocked she was worth more then him.....
some of his music was pretty nice. Ah well,no wonder he stopped musically .....she was taking care of him.
