The first accuser in the John Travolta sexual misconduct case has been dropped by his attorney and is seeking new council.
John Doe No. 1, the first anonymous masseur to make sexual allegations against John Travolta, is getting a new attorney but remains on the lawsuit for now.
Lawyer Okorie Okorocha tells PEOPLE his client, whose claims appeared to be contradicted by photos, a restaurant receipt, airline records and other evidence, "is getting new representation."
A second masseur is still being represented by Okorocha, and the lawsuit continues to list both men as plaintiffs, though it could be amended at any time.
Each masseur is seeking $2 million for alleged assault and battery by Travolta during massage sessions in Beverly Hills and Atlanta. Travolta's attorney has strongly denied the allegations as "absurd" and "fiction."
Meanwhile, a third accuser has come forward. Fabian Zanzi, a former crew member of Royal Caribbean Cruises, alleges the actor exposed himself and offered to pay him $12,000 to have sex during a May 2009 cruise out of Miami.
"He took off his robe, a white robe he was wearing, and he was naked in front of me and he hugged me," Zanzi, who is Chilean, told Spanish-language news outlet 24 Horas. Travolta attorney Marty Singer dismissed the latest accusations.
"This individual is simply hopping on the bandwagon to get his 15 minutes of fame by coming up with a story for the first time with something that supposedly happened over three years ago," Singer told New York's Daily News. "Nobody has ever heard from this guy before. No lawyer has contacted us."Jacked from People
