Rihanna Lands Role in The Fast and The Furious

Rihanna lands the role of a villain in the next installment of The Fast and The Furious.
Rihanna is set to continue her big screen takeover with a villainous role in the next The Fast and The Furious movie, according to U.K. reports.
The Umbrella hitmaker made her move into acting with her film debut in blockbuster Battleship earlier this year, and now she has reportedly landed a leading part in the sixth instalment of the hit action franchise.
Rihanna will play a femme fatale alongside regulars Paul Walker and Vin Diesel, and will film her part in London, according to Britain's The Sun.
A source tells the newspaper, "Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in Battleship.
Writers think she'll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn't take any prisoners - just like her in real life. “It's a step up the ladder for her and could lead to bigger action roles."
