Are Demi Lovato and Britney Spears going head-to-head on The X Factor — even when the cameras aren’t rolling? Star magazine reports that jealousy and bitter resentment are at the root of the conflict between the brand-new judges.
But a rep for Demi tells HollywoodLife.com that this is totally false: “It’s total fiction, they’re both having fun on set and are looking forward to Kansas City this weekend. Demi’s not even vegan, has never used the word twit! It took 4 ‘writers’ for Star to make this up.”
Demi reportedly feels that Britney — whose dressing room demands include a full-sized massage chair and a personal manicurist — is being “coddled by producers,” a show insider reveals. Britney, on the other hand, seems to be envious of Demi’s beauty — as well as her popularity.
According to another source, “Demi thinks Britney is a twit, and Britney thinks Demi is beneath her.”
Producers and insiders are also worried about Britney’s mental stability, but Demi apparently thrives off Britney’s drama, as it’s “distracting [Demi] from her own issues.”
The craziest confrontation allegedly occurred when an unlucky contestant performed a terrible version of Britney’s song, “Hold It Against Me.” Though reps for Britney claim she was “just taking a break” when she walked off set, Star‘s source say “Demi thought it was the funniest thing she’d ever seen, the horrified look on Britney’s face when she heard her song being turned into a mess.”Jacked from Hollywood Life

they're both right. that said, they both look like some run down hookers.
Simon's gonna regret wasting 15 mil on Britney when the ratings tank after the initial curiosity of seeing her wears off.
