Jada Pinkett shocked onlookers recently with her drastic change in appearance.
She is famous for her dramatic outfits and outrageous style transformations, but it was Jada Pinkett Smith’s face that grabbed all the attention this week while she was out promoting her husband Will’s new blockbuster, Men In Black 3.
“The Hawthorne star appears to have returned to the hospital for a little plastic surgery, causing her cheeks to look plumped up,” celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the actress, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
“I suspect that she's undergone injections of fat into her cheeks, possibly taken from her buttocks. It's also possible that this dramatic change in her appearance is due to surgical augmentation with solid silicone cheek implants,” he explained.
“Although Jada's appearance seems to have changed, she always looks great!” Dr. Youn concluded about the stunning 40-year-old mother of two.Jacked from Radar Online

It look like she just doesn't eat so her face is sunken in. But with all the great dr. on board to cater to hollywood and their ever changing request to stay young I wouldn't be surprised. I personally think she looks GREAT!
I noticed when she was on 106 and Park the other day that she had cheek augmentation. It looks like implants to me. Boo Jada. She's still beautiful...but damn....seriously.
Aging my ass. That's the deformation of plastic surgery. She got those check implants over a year ago, and now she looks like a transformer robot by the face. She was beautiful, but the surgeon's knife fucked that up. I don't get it; someone discovers you and feel you have that "look". They make you a star, and you purposely go and fuck up the one thing that drew people to you. All she needed was maybe a lift or some botox, not a whole damn reconstruction. Her eyes look narrowed...No, Jada.
I just looked at several photos of Jada then and now and I have to say she looks as if she had some work done. Jada has always been thin but based on her muscles you can tell she is def not unhealthy. Based on some of the before pics her face was aging a bit I don't think she looks bad I actually think she looks good in that pic. Sad that no one in hollywood embraces getting older but I guess you do what you have to to stay ready for the camera. Money makes people do the strangest things. wonder what and if Will will have anything done.

She's been nippin and tuckin for quite some time...she just took it way too far now. She probably can't even close her eyes properly. Makes no sense to be that vain, you destroy all the beauty god gave you. Her ass is gonna age so damn badly. There comes a point when you can't stretch that skin any more and all those implants/stapling make make you look non-human.
Jada please step away from the plastic surgeon's table. I think you already crossed the line.

She has botox and also has gotten either fillers in her cheeks or most likely those cheek implants the insert inside your mouth so no scars. She is far to thin for them as they need fat around them to look natural. She is a well known gym rat and is very strict with her eating. Should would have looked much better is she didn't do anything at all. Look at her Mom who hasn't had anything done. She looks great.

This is plastic surgery. Her cheeks were never that pronounced and there were instances where she was just as skinny as she is now and they weren't that exaggerated. Your cheeks don't get like that as you get older they become less pronounced which is why some women get cheek implants.
@6:43 I'm thinking she had cheek fillers on top of the implants she got last year. Her cheek change was first noticed over a year ago and she's been in public this last couple weeks so she had no time to get cheek implants a 2nd time.
